Bob Kmiecik
General Counsel

Mr. Kmiecik joined us in June 2007 as General Counsel. Bob graduated from Creighton Law School in 1987 and has over 20 years of business law experience. Prior to joining Heartland, he was managing partner of the 25-lawyer Omaha office for a large Kansas City based law firm.

Bob has worked closely with Heartland  as outside counsel since its inception and is very familiar with our business.
