On Saturday, Heartland Automotive Store #3005 was the site of a market wide celebration to kick-off the company’s grand re-opening of 18 stores in the Las Vegas area. Heartland Automotive Services has been in the market for twelve years and recently invested nearly $1 million in a new store look and effort to enhance customer service. The event “Unleashing a New Standard in Service” invited consumers to experience the Jiffy Lube Signature Service with a $24.99 oil change on this day and witness the new Jiffy Lube in action. In celebrating the grand re-opening of its 18 stores in Las Vegas, Heartland has partnered with the local Humane Society.

Through June 25, Heartland Automotive will make a donation to the Las Vegas Valley Humane Society for every Signature Service Oil Change performed at their location in the Las Vegas area. Guests are also encouraged to make a $2 donation at the stores to help achieve the goal of raising $10,000. In addition, guests can enter the Shell Gas Card Sweepstakes to win $500, $300 or $200 in free gas.
A ribbon cutting ceremony was held in the morning and attended by Henderson Councilwoman Gerri Schroder, Las Vegas Valley Humane Society President Karen Layne, and Heartland Automotive Services CEO Brett Ponton. The event featured a catered breakfast / lunch for guests and free prizes provided by Shell Lubricants. The Humane Society had a tent that showcased pets that were available for adoption as well as raffling off autographed memorabilia from UNLV. A local radio remote was held in the morning, and a DJ spun tunes all afternoon. The curb appeal of this site was astounding as the entire property was decorated with American flags, pennant flags, balloons and banners that announced the event.

A special thank you goes out to the entire Heartland team for all their efforts in “Wowing” their guests on this special day. The site hosted 105 guests who chose to receive a Signature Service Oil change, many other guests just stopped by to visit.

Heartland Automotive will be hosting similar events in the upcoming months, to promote their new look and guest experience. As the 105 guests found out, Heartland Automotive truly did “Unleash a New Standard in Service”.
